Bristol Rovers Community Trust: Community Delivery Update

As of Thursday November 5th, the Bristol Rovers Community Trust will alter its community delivery in line with UK government lockdown restrictions.

With a nationwide lockdown being implemented as of 12:01am on Thursday November 5th, Bristol Rovers Community Trust will, where possible, move all physical community delivery to online platforms.

The Trust’s staff will continue to support those most in need in the local community via digital platforms and through one to one meetings.

The Bristol Rovers Community Trust education department will remain open and will continue to deliver education provision to all of its students whilst strictly adhering to Covid-19 safety protocols issued by Public Health England.

The Community Trust will also continue to deliver its Premier League Primary Stars programme in local schools whilst taking the necessary Covid-19 safety measures.

The official charity of Bristol Rovers will look to support the community wherever possible during this upcoming period of lockdown and will continue to be there for those in need.

During these difficult times, it is important that elderly and vulnerable members of our community are not feeling isolated and lonely. We will be working hard over the coming few weeks to ensure that we are helping those who may be affected by loneliness over the course of this next lockdown period.

The evolving nature of the situation will be monitored closely, and the Community Trust will work with the necessary authorities to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants and staff
