MATCH DAY EXPERIENCE

How would you like to get a behind the scenes tour of the Memorial Stadium, visit the players dressing room and wave the flags as the Guard of Honour? This is a unique opportunity for any organised group of children to enjoy a day at Bristol Rovers with the professional coaches of our Community Trust.

What does the day include?
  • Training session delivered by our professional community coaches 

  • Tour of the Memorial Stadium, including changing room visit

  • Lunch provided for players, coaches and parents

  • Visit to the club shop

  • Meet and greet with selected Bristol Rovers players

  • Pre-match team photo on the pitch

  • Opportunity to form the 'Guard of Honour' for the players entrance

  • Tickets for the match

For only £26pp (same price for child and adult) your team can share this amazing experience together and forge memories that will last a lifetime.

Who is the Day For?

  • Grassroots football teams, players, coaches and parents

  • Ages from U6's to U16's teams

  • Both boys and girls teams are welcome

  • Groups must be a minimum of 25 people and a maximum of 50

By making this booking you agree to take responsibility of informing Bristol Rovers Community Trust of any relevant information relating to the participants including medical info, food allergies, welfare issues etc. 

The Trust cannot be held liable for any incident that falls outside of our duty of care. As with all activity there is some risk of injury but participants take part at their own risk. Parents / guardians who are attending this event will have ultimate responsibility for the children's welfare. 

The Trust does not take any responsibility for any items or valuables that are lost, damaged or stolen at our events. Participants bring such valuables at their own risk and have responsibility for their own belongings. 

At all Bristol Rovers Community Trust events photograph and video images may well be taken by officially appointed personnel. These may then be used on the Trust or Clubs media outlets. If any participants do not consent for this to occur then they will need to contact the Trust prior to the event. 

This is a non-refundable £50 deposit to secure your booking, the remaining balance must be received by the Trust two weeks before the date of your Match Day Experience. The minimum number of people on a booking will be 25, which includes a minimum of 5 adults attending. If you cannot fulfil this requirement we reserve the right to cancel your booking. If a match is postponed / rearranged the Trust will contact you and attempt to arrange an alternative date. If this is not possible the Trust will refund any payments made. 

Any payment is classed as a donation to Bristol Rovers Community Trust which allows the charity to claim Gift Aid on the donation. If you do not wish for this to occur please contact the Trust.
