Create unforgettable memories with a Bristol Rovers Community Trust Matchday Experience. Enjoy all the excitement of a Bristol Rovers FC home match. Perfect for schools, grassroots clubs and community groups, it's a unique football experience delivered by our qualified Community Trust coaches.

What does a typical experiences include:

  • Behind-the-scenes tour of the Memorial Stadium.

  • Visit to the first-team dressing room (subject to matchday operations).

  • Guard of Honor – wave the flags and welcome the teams onto the pitch before kick-off.

  • Pitch side access before the match.

  • Coaching session delivered by BRCT coaches (for selected packages).

  • Match tickets to watch the game together after the experience.

  • Opportunities for photos and lasting memories throughout the day.

By making this booking, you agree to provide Bristol Rovers Community Trust with any relevant information relating to participants, including medical conditions, food allergies, accessibility requirements, safeguarding concerns, or any other information that may affect their participation.
 

While Bristol Rovers Community Trust takes every reasonable step to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants, the Trust cannot be held liable for incidents that fall outside of its duty of care. As with any physical activity, there is an inherent risk of injury, and participants take part at their own risk. Parents, guardians and accompanying adults remain responsible for the welfare and behaviour of the children attending throughout the event.
 

Bristol Rovers Community Trust accepts no responsibility for any personal belongings or valuables that are lost, damaged or stolen during the event. Participants bring such items entirely at their own risk.
 

Official photographers and videographers may be present at Bristol Rovers Community Trust events. Images and video footage may be used across the Trust's and Bristol Rovers Football Club's marketing and media channels. If any participant does not consent to being photographed or filmed, please notify the Trust before the event.
 

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your Matchday Experience booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your scheduled event.
 

Bookings require a minimum of 25 attendees, including at least five accompanying adults. If these minimum numbers cannot be met, Bristol Rovers Community Trust reserves the right to cancel the booking.
 

Should a fixture be postponed or rearranged, the Trust will contact you to arrange an alternative date wherever possible. If a suitable alternative cannot be agreed, all payments made will be refunded.
 

All payments are treated as donations to Bristol Rovers Community Trust, enabling the charity to claim Gift Aid where applicable. If you do not wish your payment to be treated in this way, please contact the Trust before making your booking.
