What does it include?

Playing on the pitch prior to the game

Opportunity to have your photo taken on the pitch

Walk out of the tunnel with the first team as the players enter the pitch

Pitch side access for accompanying parent / guardian prior to kick off
Who is the Day For?

Children aged between 5 – 16 years old
What happens on the day?
1.35pm - meet our Mascot Coordinator at the top of the ‘Emergency Access’ ramp that leads down to pitch side. The ramp is by the turnstiles for the Northwest, South and West Stand entrance (turnstiles 7 & 8).
1.40pm - play on the pitch prior to kick-off
2.10pm - pitch side to watch first team warm up
2.20pm - walk around the pitch with Captain Gas and Irene
2.30pm - opportunity to have your photo taken on the pitch
2.40pm - team mascot photo on pitch
2.50pm - line up with the players in the tunnel
2.55pm - walk out with the team onto the pitch
3.00pm - take your place in the stands and enjoy the game
What you will need to bring?

The mascot experience does NOT include a ticket to the game. You will need to purchase all required tickets for the individual mascot and the accompanying adult through the Bristol Rovers Football Club official ticketing web site before the date of the game and produce these tickets on the day. Anyone who attempts to attend a Mascot experience without a valid match day ticket will NOT be allowed entry. Please purchase tickets via https://www.eticketing.co.uk/bristolrovers

The current Home playing shirt (if you do not own the current Home shirt then a shirt will be loaned to you for the pre match mascot activities)

Appropriate footwear to play on the pitch

Possible change of footwear for watching the game afterwards

Pitch Side Access
Please note that, due to limited pitch-side space, each mascot experience is now limited to one accompanying adult per mascot - each adult is fully responsible for their own child. In addition no alcohol is allowed pitch-side under any circumstances.
Cost & Tickets
This fantastic official Match Day Mascot package costs only £49 per child. Tickets for the mascot and the accompanying adult will need to be purchased separately from the Bristol Rovers official ticketing web site prior to the game via https://www.eticketing.co.uk/bristolrovers.
Tickets
Anyone who attempts to attend a Mascot experience without a valid match day ticket will NOT be allowed entry. Please purchase tickets via https://www.eticketing.co.uk/bristolrovers
Disclaimer
By making this booking you agree to take responsibility of informing Bristol Rovers Community Trust of any relevant information relating to the participants including medical info, food allergies, welfare issues etc.
The Trust cannot be held liable for any incident that falls outside of our duty of care. As with all activity there is some risk of injury but participants take part at their own risk. Parents / guardians who are attending this event will have ultimate responsibility for the children's welfare.
The Trust does not take any responsibility for any items or valuables that are lost, damaged or stolen at our events. Participants bring such valuables at their own risk and have responsibility for their own belongings.
At all Bristol Rovers Community Trust events photograph and video images may well be taken by officially appointed personnel. These may then be used on the Trust or Clubs media outlets. If any participants do not consent for this to occur then they will need to contact the Trust prior to the event.
If a match is postponed / rearranged the Trust will contact you and attempt to arrange an alternative date. If this is not possible the Trust will refund any payments made.
Any payment is classed as a donation to Bristol Rovers Community Trust which allows the charity to claim Gift Aid on the donation. If you do not wish for this to occur, please contact the Trust.
