The Bristol Rovers Community Trust’s mascot packages provide an unforgettable experience for young fans, offering them a chance to get up close and personal with their favourite Bristol Rovers players on a matchday.
What does a typical experiences include:

For only £50pp (Aged between 5-16 years old) your young person can take part in this amazing experience and forge memories that will last a lifetime.
This exclusive opportunity allows children between the ages of five and sixteen to live out the dream of walking out onto The Memorial Stadium pitch alongside the first team, creating memories that will last a lifetime. Whether for a birthday, a special celebration, or simply as a gift for a young football fan, the mascot package delivers a behind-the-scenes experience packed with excitement.
If you require match day tickets, as part of your official Mascot package, then our Matchday Coordinator can arrange this for you. This will be an additional, separate cost based on the number of tickets required and will need to be arranged through our Mascot Coordinator prior to the game.
Schedule of the Day for the Mascot Packages;

13:00 - Meet our Mascot Coordinator at the top of the ‘Emergency Access’ ramp that leads down to pitch side. The ramp is located by turntiles 7&8.

13:35 - Play on the pitch prior to kick-off

14:15 - Walk around the pitchside, accompanied by Captain Gas and Irene

14:30 - Pitchside photo with Captain Gas and Irene

14:40 - Watch the players warm-up up-close at pitchside.

14:50 - Lineup alongside the starting 11 and prepair to walk out on the Pitch

15:05 - Take your place with family in the stands and enjoy the game

By making this booking, you agree to provide Bristol Rovers Community Trust with any relevant information relating to participants, including medical conditions, food allergies, accessibility requirements, safeguarding concerns, or any other information that may affect their participation.
While Bristol Rovers Community Trust takes every reasonable step to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants, the Trust cannot be held liable for incidents that fall outside of its duty of care. As with any physical activity, there is an inherent risk of injury, and participants take part at their own risk. Parents, guardians and accompanying adults remain responsible for the welfare and behaviour of the children attending throughout the event.
Bristol Rovers Community Trust accepts no responsibility for any personal belongings or valuables that are lost, damaged or stolen during the event. Participants bring such items entirely at their own risk.
Official photographers and videographers may be present at Bristol Rovers Community Trust events. Images and video footage may be used across the Trust's and Bristol Rovers Football Club's marketing and media channels. If any participant does not consent to being photographed or filmed, please notify the Trust before the event.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your Matchday Experience booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your scheduled event.
Bookings require a minimum of 25 attendees, including at least five accompanying adults. If these minimum numbers cannot be met, Bristol Rovers Community Trust reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Should a fixture be postponed or rearranged, the Trust will contact you to arrange an alternative date wherever possible. If a suitable alternative cannot be agreed, all payments made will be refunded.
All payments are treated as donations to Bristol Rovers Community Trust, enabling the charity to claim Gift Aid where applicable. If you do not wish your payment to be treated in this way, please contact the Trust before making your booking.
