Following the incredible success of the inaugural session of “5K Your Way,” Bristol Rovers player Taylor Moore and the Bristol Rovers Community Trust are delighted to invite you to the second session of this inspiring mental health initiative. Taking place on Thursday, 30th January at 6:30 PM, the event will once again bring people together to promote both physical and mental well-being through a supportive 5K walk.
The first session, held in October, saw an amazing turnout with over 40 participants, including fans, players, and members of the community. Starting at the SS Great Britain, the walk created a relaxed and welcoming environment for open conversations about mental health. Taylor Moore, who has championed the project, was thrilled with the response.
“I was blown away by the support for the first ‘5K Your Way’ session. Seeing so many people come together to talk, walk, and support each other was amazing. Mental health is something I’m passionate about, and this initiative really shows the power of simple acts like walking and connecting with others.”

“5K Your Way” aims to combine the benefits of physical activity with social connection, providing an accessible and inclusive way to enhance mental well-being. Community Trust CEO Adam Tutton reflected on the success of the project “We were thrilled with the turnout and positive energy at the first session. It reinforced how important initiatives like ‘5K Your Way’ are in breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health and creating opportunities for meaningful connections. We’re excited to see even more people join us in January.”
Whether you’re looking for a way to connect, need support, or simply want to be part of something positive, “5K Your Way” welcomes everyone. Come along and take this step towards better mental and physical health with your community.

Rain tapping against the windows in Leeds left me searching for anything more exciting than television reruns, so I started browsing gaming discussions online. Someone in the comments mentioned Slots DJ Casino while describing a comeback that sounded almost impossible, and curiosity eventually won. What caught my attention first was how clean the layout felt compared to some overcrowded sites I’ve tried before. I spent nearly an hour testing different games and for most of that time my balance kept dropping steadily. I was literally about to log out when one bonus sequence suddenly triggered and completely reversed the situation. Somehow I recovered everything I’d lost and still finished ahead. The whole evening ended up much more entertaining than staring at…
While browsing a UK forum thread about late-night entertainment, I saw people mentioning Casiroom and decided to test it during a quiet evening at home. I didn’t expect much at first, just something to pass time while listening to music. The thing I noticed was how smoothly everything ran without interruptions. I went through a rough losing phase early on and was already thinking of quitting. Then a sudden turn in results brought things back and made the whole session feel more balanced. I ended up staying longer than expected just because I wanted to see if the pattern would continue.
Cheers forum members from the UK. I discovered fortunicacasino-gb.com because my cousin wouldn’t stop talking about a lucky streak he’d had there over the weekend. Normally I ignore those stories because they always sound exaggerated, but curiosity got the better of me. I tried it one evening after work while listening to music and what stood out immediately was how easy everything was to navigate. I had one rough session where every spin seemed determined to empty my balance and I genuinely thought the night was over. Then out of nowhere I hit a sequence that completely changed the mood and recovered everything I’d lost. I actually startled my dog by reacting too loudly when the bigger win landed. Safe to…
During a long train ride home, I was reading Reddit threads about online games when several people mentioned bigwinscasino-gb.uk. Curiosity got the better of me, so later that evening I decided to test it myself. What stood out first was how smooth the mobile version felt compared to some other platforms I’ve used recently. I’d honestly been considering taking a break from online casinos altogether, but after a few lucky rounds I managed to turn the evening around and ended up staying online longer than planned.
This is absolutely brilliant news! The '5K Your Way' initiative is truly such a fantastic community project. I genuinely think Taylor Moore and the Bristol Rovers team deserve massive credit for openly championing mental health like this.
I actually work remotely as a developer for Winzter Casino, a digital media and entertainment company based here in the UK. Because my colleagues and I are constantly tied to our screens all day, our HR department has been heavily encouraging us to get out and join supportive community walks exactly like this one to protect our daily mental well-being. A relaxed evening walk is honestly the perfect environment to just chat openly and decompress away from the daily grind.
