Coaching Qualification Training Day Completed by Premier League Kicks Participants during Easter Holidays!

Last Wednesday, we were proud to continue supporting the development of people across our community through our Coaching Qualification Training Day.
During the training day our staff delivered various workshops to our Premier League Kicks Participants - this included the following programmes;
The EE Playmaker Course by England Football

Football Session Planning
Volunteer Coaching Opportunities
The EE Playmaker by England Football is a free, online, entry-level course designed for anyone aged 14+ who wants to begin volunteering in grassroots football, with no previous experience required.
Completed over 4-5 hours, the courses focused on the fundamentals of creating fun, safe, and inclusive football environments, covering key areas such as session planning, safeguarding, and inclusive coaching practices. It also includes dedicated learning around female football and para-disability, making it a valuable starting point for future community coaches and volunteers.
No previous football qualifications were needed to complete by our Premier League Kicks participants - just a passion for helping others enjoy the game.
Bristol Rovers Community Trust, Head of Inclusion Louis Howard, added:
“The Training Day was a fantastic way to open doors for Premier League Kicks attendees within our community who want to grow their confidence and develop new skills through football. By creating accessible learning opportunities like this, we are helping inspire the next generation of volunteers, coaches, and role models who can make a real difference in grassroots football.”
