We are seeking to employ a dynamic individual who will lead and deliver across a range of community based sessions!
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality delivery of coaching, mentoring and community engagement sessions across a range of programmes. The role will involve forming partnerships with local schools and other key stakeholders with the aim of increasing the physical ability, health and wellbeing of participants through education & participation.
We are seeking someone who is knowledgeable and passionate about the workings of charities, football and sport. They will need to excel in the areas of school PE and classroom delivery and be able to engage with a wide range of people. Experience of mentoring and up-skilling others, including colleagues and school teachers in PE delivery will be highly desirable in this role..

Main Responsibilities:
The Community Coach is responsible for delivering high-quality sport, education, health and inclusion programmes on behalf of Bristol Rovers Community Trust. The role will engage, inspire and support people of all ages and backgrounds, helping participants improve their physical health, personal development, education and life opportunities.
Location:
Based at The Memorial Stadium with additional travel to schools, colleges, universities, and other partner venues across Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
Contract:
Full time starting ASAP. Initially a 1 year contract with the view to make the position permanent.
Salary:
£24,785-£26,325 per annum. NOTE: Salary is dependent on experience.
