These truly are unprecedented times that we are all going through at the moment. The COVID 19 pandemic has put a great strain on all our lives. For many this latest National Lockdown will be the toughest period so far.

We are reaching out to all participants to check how you are coping during this time and ask if you, your family or anyone close to you could benefit from additional support?

For Primary School ages, we can offer;

• An activity pack that will contain a mixture of physical activity games, healthy habit ideas, crosswords, creative challenges and English and Maths themed activities.

• A weekly Wednesday challenge that will be shared via our social media platforms. These are delivered in collaboration with the Premier League national project Primary Stars

• Weekly online Soccercise sessions shared on our social media platforms every Wednesday to help you keep active.

• Phone call support, encouraging children to do their best with their school work and to stay active .

• Socially distanced ‘garden gate’ visits to give more encouragement to complete school-work and to stay active.

We can also hand deliver a printed copy of our activity packs.

For Secondary School participants, we can offer;

• Bespoke fitness and technical sessions to develop your football skills.

• Weekly online Soccercise sessions shared on our social media platforms every Wednesday to help you keep active.

• Phone call support, encouraging young people to do their best with their school work and to stay active.

• Socially distanced ‘garden gate’ visits to give more encouragement to complete school work and to stay active.

We want to provide as much support as we can to individuals and their families to help the community stay active, socially connected and positive during these difficult times.
