Bristol Rovers Community Trust is seeking to employ a dynamic individual to become the Trusts 'Match Day Coordinator' who will lead and shape the Trusts Match Day activities!
The role of the ‘Match Day Coordinator’ will be to market, recruit, liaise, coordinate and deliver our Match Day and mascot packages to members of the community. The Coordinator will have to ensure all packages are fully recruited for each Match Day including confirmation of logistics in place for every package to guarantee delivery of the highest professional standards. The management and organisation elements of this post will include responsibility for ensuring that packages are correctly staffed, facilities are booked, catering is in place, and events of the day are timetabled and communication to all involved. The Coordinator will be responsible for making sure each participant has the best possible Match Day experience. This will be alongside improving the overall fan engagement, developing new fan groups and improving the match day experience.
This role may require flexible working hours to meet the agreed targets of the position. Reports to:
CEO of the Trust & Community Operations Manager
Main Responsibilities:
Lead and shape our Match Day packages, Mascots and Bristol Rovers Community Trust Fan Engagement Projects.
Location:
Based at The Memorial Stadium with additional travel to schools, colleges, universities, and other partner venues across Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
Contract:
15 hours per week. The role will include all Home fixtures and further flexible working hours to be discussed at the interview stage.
Part-time. Starting ASAP: Initially a 1 year contract with the view to make the position permanent and an increase of hours dependent on the success of the role.
Salary:
£24,785-£26,325 per annum (pro rata) based on a 37.5 hour working week. NOTE: This role is initially for 15 hours per week.
